Great Blue Lobelia, like its more brilliantly colored relative the Cardinal Flower, usually has many flower heads on a single stem. The flowering part of the stem often times is 1-2 feet long. The blossom colors range from dark to light blue. It is an attractive plant on any moist prairie planting. |
