White camasss has
white flowers with yellow centers. Its leaves are lily-like and
sheath the stem. It makes a good cut flower.

| White camasss grows in wet mesic to dry prairie, often on rocky, calcareous
soils, and requires full to partial sun.
It can be propagated from seed or from its elongated onion-like bulbs. |

White camasss is also called Death camasss. The bulbs are extremely poisonous. Its bulbs should not be confused with wild onion or garlic bulbs. If the bulbs do not smell like onions, do not eat them. |
